This week we chose topics that we would like to write about for our book. I had originally wanted to look into the negative effects video games have on physical health, such as obesity and caffeine usage in young people, but I wasn't able to do that. So instead I chose the negative impacts gaming has on social skills.

I found the library tour to be very useful and have found some useful journals and papers in the library written on some of the subjects I will be focusing on.
Matrix:
The matrix method is a good way to gather and keep track of the sources you are going to be using while writing your paper, this one here is the one that I have compiled. Using the library and Google scholar, I was able to find multiple papers, journals and a study that relate to my topic.
